Who is SOLAR-IT?
SOLAR-IT is an IBM iSeries (AS/400) company with its headquarters in Antwerp (Belgium). We aim to be an employer who is committed to our employees, and, on the basis of partnership, from an independent position, we aim to help our associates achieve their company objectives by means of integrated IT solutions.

SOLAR-IT targets all companies that use the IBM iSeries (AS/400) system, the connected networks and connections with the Internet, and those that use tailor made or standard software, with tailor made inserts, for their business critical processes.
The philosophy of SOLAR-IT regarding its role as an IT-supplier is manifested by the:

The customer-oriented focus of SOLAR-IT targets two aspects: The provision of services and the taking into account of the wishes and the requirements of the customer. Each employee within the organisation is expected to have a customer oriented and customer friendly attitude. Each (potential) customer of SOLAR-IT should be treated with the utmost respect.
We are constantly striving to integrate our services and to answer all customer questions on one incoming telephone number. The customer contact person is responsible for the problem resolution process, which, because of the considerable expertise within SOLAR-IT, can be completely taken care of in one go, thus avoiding the famous ‘grey’ areas.
