The System management Center (SC) specialises in the setting up and management of iAS/400-systems, networks (WindowsNT) and Lotus Notes. The work takes place on the customer’s premises, but the SOLAR-IT help desk is also on hand to give advice and to help with problems.
In the field of system management SOLAR-IT also has a department whose responsibility it is to provide agreed and guaranteed support, either by telephone, or on site. For many of our customers the combination of application maintenance and system management is a perfect way of ensuring continuity within the business.
